Return & Refund Policy

At Southern Bandit Co., we take pride in offering unique pieces and custom designs. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

Custom Jewelry

All custom jewelry pieces are final sale. Because these items are made specifically for each order, they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Dopamine & Funky Boxes

All Dopamine Boxes and Funky Boxes are final sale. Due to the curated and limited nature of these items, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Clothing

Clothing items may be returned for store credit only within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for store credit:

-Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

-Items must have original tags attached

-Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

Southern Bandit Co. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Southern Bandit Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Final Sale Items

Sale items, custom jewelry, Dopamine Boxes, Funky Boxes, and select limited-release items may be marked final saleand are not eligible for return or store credit.
